Dr. Dale has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and is passionate about helping people of all walks of life regain their health with alternative, non-invasive technologies and nutraceuticals that enhance the nervous system, brain, and microvascular circulation. His focus with Health Source America (HSA) is with introducing businesses to health and safety products and technologies that increase employee productivity, enhance overall health and improve the employer’s bottom line.

As a US Army veteran, he is dedicated to helping veterans and is an active member of the American Legion and Elks. Part of HSA’s mission is to give a percentage of profits back to Veterans or the company’s charity of choice.

Dr. Dale and his wife Beth live on a lake in southern Minnesota, and they have two adult children. He enjoys spending time on the lake, golfing, tinkering in the shop and learning about new advancements in alternative medicine.

Todd Tanhoff

Todd is a life-long resident of Minnesota. Todd has earned a BS in Business Administration from Mankato State University in Mankato, MN. He has been in some form of B2B sales for 45 years as well as starting and selling several businesses.

Todd is family first and has 3 wonderful adult sons Bruce, Rob, and Connor and 4 grandchildren. Volunteering is very important to Todd serving in leadership positions in his church, Mankato Elks Lodge, Ducks Unlimited, SMILES (Southern Minnesota Independent Living Enterprises), South Central College Foundation and MSU Touchdown Club. In his spare time, he enjoys Golf, Hunting, Fishing, Concerts and attending sporting events.

Myron Erstad

Myron is a life-long resident of southern Minnesota. He is a graduate of South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD with a BS degree in Ag Business and a BA degree in Commercial Economics. Myron has had an extensive career in finance, including banking and financial services. He has been a small business owner for over 30 years.

Myron is married to his high-school sweetheart, Laurie. Together they have three children: Nathan Erstad, Brittany (Michael) Pederson, and Ryan (Anna) Erstad, as well as several grandchildren. Outside of time spent with Church and family, Myron enjoys reading, golfing, fishing, and hunting.

Myron’s primary focus within Health Source America, LLC (HSA) is on bringing certain, unique tax advantaged strategies to businesses, to help enhance profitability, and add value to the employees by adding benefits without further depleting their paychecks, while at the same time maintaining a philanthropic philosophy and practice.

Ryan Erstad

Ryan was born and raised in Mankato, MN. Ryan has 10+ years of experience in underwriting support for commercial insurance, life insurance, and securities. He has a great reputation in providing excellent customer service and preparing prompt and professional work.

He is married to Anna and together they have two children, Vincent, and Edith. Ryan and his family are very active at their church. Ryan enjoys the outdoors, sports, reading, and traveling.
